Revit BIM modeling· LOD 200 / LOD 300
Revit BIM modeling from point cloud data
A native .rvt model built from the survey, not traced from old drawings.
We model existing buildings directly in Revit from our own scan data. Native .rvt file, parametric families, LOD 200 or LOD 300, compatible with Revit 2021 through 2026. The registered point cloud ships with the model so your team can verify any element against the survey.

Which Revit versions do you support?
2021 to 2026. Tell us your target version when you brief the job and we model in it directly rather than downgrading afterwards, which is where families usually break.
Do you model MEP as well as architecture and structure?
We model what is visible to the scanner. Exposed services, plant and structure can be modelled; anything concealed behind finishes cannot be surveyed without opening up, and we will say so rather than guess.
