Scan to BIM· LOD 200 / LOD 300

Scan to BIM — as-built Revit model in 72 h per 100 m²

From point cloud to a BIM model your team can actually build on.

We turn an existing building into a BIM model you can open directly in Revit or ArchiCAD. Laser scanning on site, point cloud registration, then modelling at LOD 200 or LOD 300 depending on your brief. Delivered in 72 hours per 100 m², with the registered point cloud so you can check every dimension yourself.

Frequently asked questions

What is Scan to BIM exactly?
A laser scanner records the building as a dense point cloud. That cloud is registered, cleaned, then modelled into BIM objects — walls, slabs, openings, structure — at the level of detail you need. The result is a model that matches the real building rather than an assumed geometry.
Do you work with clients based outside France?
Yes. A significant part of our work comes from architects and developers who need a French building surveyed while they are based elsewhere. Everything after the site visit is remote: files, review rounds and delivery all happen online, in English.
What LOD should I ask for?
LOD 200 is enough for early design and feasibility. LOD 300 is what most contractors and MEP engineers need for coordination. If you are unsure, tell us the downstream use and we will recommend the level rather than overselling one.
How long does it take?
72 hours per 100 m² for the modelling, once the site visit is done. Larger or more complex buildings scale from there. We give a firm date with the quote.
