ArchiCAD BIM modeling· LOD 200 / LOD 300
ArchiCAD BIM modeling from a 3D laser survey
Native .pln delivery for practices working in Graphisoft.
As-built modelling delivered as a native ArchiCAD file, versions 25 to 28, produced from our own 3D laser survey. IFC export included for teams working across different BIM platforms. Same accuracy and same turnaround as our Revit workflow.

Can you deliver both ArchiCAD and Revit from one survey?
Yes. The survey is platform-neutral; only the modelling stage differs. If two teams on the project work in different tools, ask for both and we quote the second model at a reduced rate.
Is the IFC export usable straight away?
We check it before delivery in a neutral viewer. An IFC that exports without error but opens empty in the recipient's tool is a common failure, and it is our job to catch that, not yours.
