Surveying since 2016· Paris & Toulouse· Nationwide

3D laser scanning and Scan to BIM, anywhere in France

We survey existing buildings and hand you a model you can build on — Revit, ArchiCAD, DWG or a raw point cloud.

GUYENNE ÉTUDES is a French surveying practice working for architects, engineers, developers and asset owners. If your project is a building in France and your team works in English, we are set up for exactly that: the site visit happens here, everything else happens in your inbox.

Millimetre accuracy, LOD 200 or LOD 300, delivered in 72 hours per 100 m². The registered point cloud always ships with the model, so no dimension has to be taken on trust.

Why a French practice, for an English-speaking team

  • A surveyor physically in France — no subcontracting the site visit to a third party you never meet.
  • One accountable party for both the survey and the model, so accuracy questions have one address.
  • Equipment we own and operate: Leica BLK2GO, BLK360 G2 and Matterport Pro2.
  • Fixed price per m², quoted before the visit. No open-ended hourly billing.
  • Point cloud delivered with every model, so your team can verify anything.
  • Working since 2016, rated 5.0 on Google across 54+ reviews.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work in English?
Yes. Briefing, quoting, review rounds and delivery all happen in English. Only the site visit itself is in France — everything else is remote, so where you are based makes no difference.
Where in France do you operate?
Everywhere. We work from two bases, Paris (44 rue Patay, 13th arrondissement) and Toulouse (22 rue Bernard Mulé). Paris and the Île-de-France region are covered within 48 hours; the rest of the country is scheduled as a trip, usually within a week.
How much does a survey cost?
Priced per square metre and quoted before we visit. Indicative rates run from 2 to 3 € per m² excluding VAT depending on the service, with a minimum job value of 600 € excl. VAT. Travel within the Paris region is 150 € excl. VAT.
How fast is delivery?
72 hours per 100 m² for modelling once the site visit is complete. A rush option under 48 hours is available at a 25 % premium.
What if the building has no existing drawings?
That is the normal case, and it is not a problem. A laser survey produces the as-built geometry from scratch. It is usually more reliable than archive drawings, which are rarely updated after works.
Can you deliver in both Revit and ArchiCAD?
Yes. The survey is platform-neutral; only the modelling stage differs. If two teams on the same project work in different tools, we quote the second model at a reduced rate.

Tell us about the building

Surface area, location and what you need at the end — that is enough for a firm quote. We answer in English, usually the same day.
