One visit covers the elevations and the common parts. Access to lofts, basements and plant rooms is agreed in advance so nothing is missed.
Production
Registration, then elevations, plans and area schedules. A virtual tour is produced in the same pass where it is wanted.
Handover
The record is delivered as files you keep — not a subscription, not a portal that expires. It stays usable whoever manages the building next.
